Ginger Lemon Tea

by

LemonGinger1000There is one way to describe this heavenly tea and how well it works for taming the winter blues–it’s LIKE A MIRACLE. Even people who are not fond of ginger have asked me to serve it again and again, mixed with a spoon-full of honey and squeezed lemon. How much lemon? Try a half lemon. This photo shows how easy it is to prepare it: simply sliced the ginger without peeling it and boil it in water for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy year round. Ginger, lemon, and honey are super foods, alkalizing, cleansing, and stabilizing. Needless to say that you can beat the flu and colds in the winter. If you don’t have a spoon, use a cinnamon stick for stirring 😉
